RESTRICTIONS: Sweet Pup Co will ship to any business or residence with a legal address, located in the United States. However, we do not ship outside the United States for legal liability reasons.

 

FULFILLMENT: Our products are shipped when ordered, and many products are made to order. For this reason, we ask that our customers allow 8-14 business days for the products to ship. This time does not include actual shipping time.

 

Sweet Pup Co uses multiple shipping companies, including USPS, UPS, & FedEx.

 

Sweet Pup Co will send confirmation emails for the following: Order Submission Confirmation and Order Shipping Confirmation. Customer may also receive marketing emails for specials, holidays, etc.

Unfortunately, since Sweet Pup Co. products are made to order, we do not accept returns on any purchase or wholesale orders. Take a look at our sizing guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size for pup - or Contact Us.

- If an exchange is needing to be made, product must not show signs of wear or tear. Must be exchanged within 10 days of purchase does not include wholesale orders

- wholesale orders cannot be returned due to time and size of orders made specifically for consumer. Wholesale order conditions are final once purchase is made.
